What is Food Safety ?

 

“Food Safety” is a concept according to scientific standards of each period. In SYUN company, to ensure “Food Safety” accordance with scientific standards, our Japanese experts inspect carefully pesticide, fertilizer, water and sanitation in production as well as instructing how to use them and applying to production. It will enhance the safety of products (agricultural products). In addition, to ensure and evaluate whether these guidelines are accurate, we also inspect pesticide residual and quality of water. This is also our effort to improve food safety of SYUN products

 

 

 

1. The instruction of Japanese experts

To produce the high quality, safe and fresh vegetables, our experts with over 20 years experience in agriculture instruct how to seed, fertilize, irrigate and drain off the water, adjust amount of water.

The experts not only works but also retransmit the techniques for farmers. We hope that farmers can produce high quality, safe and fresh agricultural productions by themselves in the future.

 

 

 

 

 

2. The inspection of pesticide residual

To prevent pestilent insects when planting vegetables and fruits, we have to use some types of pesticide. These drugs will evaporate in the air, be swept away by the rain, or be decreased gradually by the time. At the time of harvest, a little amount of pesticide still remains in the products, called pesticide residual. The law assigns pesticide residual standards to protect consumer health. And the method to determine whether the producers conform to these standards is the inspection of pesticide residual.

 

The SYUN’s Japanese experts will control the use of pesticides in the fields that we provide technical guidance and come to the mutual agreement with the producers before use. To ensure whether these drugs are being used appropriately with accurate amount, we inspect periodically at Viet Nam Soils And Fertilizes Research Institue.

3. Preliminarily processing and packing

Vegetables that are planted in the fields with our technique and by farmers who signed contract with SYUN are brought to the SYUN’s workshop to preliminarily process. We wash, remove the addled parts instead of packing vegetables immediately so that customers, our membership, can use them right away

To ensure the freshness of vegetables and fruits, we will not wash some products

After we inspect vegetables to make sure that they are all preliminary processed carefully, we will pack them

 

 

 

4. Delivering by specialized container

ASKOC-30 vegetable box will be locked

①At our workshop, vegetables will be packed ASKOC-30 box

②The box will be locked (picture 1)

③You will receive your products with a locked box (picture 3)

You have to unlock to open the box so you may know whether your box is unlocked before receiving it
